I like it!

I really like it.
All I can say is: NEVER state that you're new or that this is your first flash or anything remotely looking like this. This flash is most probably going to get blammed (sad but true...) 'cause you said it was your first.
I like it, so all I can suggest is just waiting a while (so people forget) and then resubmitting, but don't say you already submitted it once then though.
Also- I'd advice you to remove two of the three "!"'s...

Pretty cool

Pretty good, I liked the sounds and speech added to the Z fighters, that added some extra detail, and I like the fact that you put the warp Kamehameha in there, that's my favourite move in DBZ Budokai. Pretty cool!

Smooth animation. Too bad they were sticks.
Didn't quite understand why the window was that big while your characters were that small.

It was good.
